(Trans) High mass of contemporary art on the continent, the Dakar biennial opened its doors on Friday November 8. This 15th edition, led by the Franco-Senegalese Salimata Diop, was particularly awaited, not only because it is the first time that a curator has taken the reins of the event but also because the country has experienced, in recent months , political upheavals and a postponement of the biennial. The bet is won with an “In” which moves up the scale, regaining all its place and scale.
